When something goes wrong
Encrypted and damaged documents stop with a plain message rather than a spinner that never finishes. If a PDF opens in your reader it will normally open here.

Which format should I choose, PNG or JPG?
PNG is lossless and keeps text and line art perfectly sharp, which suits documents and diagrams. JPG produces smaller files and is a better fit for pages that are mostly photographs.
How do I download several pages at once?
When more than one page is exported, they are packaged into a single ZIP archive so you get everything in one download.
What resolution do I need for printing?
300 DPI is the standard for print-quality output. 150 DPI is plenty for on-screen use and keeps the files considerably smaller.
Is there a file size limit?
No fixed limit is imposed by the tool. The practical ceiling is how much memory your device has free, because the whole job runs inside this browser tab.
Does it work without an internet connection?
