Before you write

Can you recover a file I lost? expand_more

No, and that is by design. Your files are never uploaded, so there is nothing on our side to recover. Close the tab and the file is gone from memory entirely.

Can you process a file for me manually? expand_more

We would rather fix the tool so it works for you. If a file fails, describe it and the failure will be investigated.

How quickly do you reply? expand_more

This is an independently run project, so replies usually take a few days. Bug reports with clear steps are prioritised.
